Terms Of Service

1. General Terms
1.1. I,Animeneko63, am the sole creator and owner of the artwork being produced.
1.2. By commissioning me, you are purchasing my time and skills to create custom artwork for you, subject to the conditions outlined in this T.O.S.
1.3. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission request at my discretion. This may include requests that are illegal, discriminatory, harmful, or violate any guidelines outlined below.2. Commission Process
2.1. Order Placement: To place an order, please directly message me description of your request. If you're using Toy Hou.se. you may use the form provided to comment the commission under the correct post.2.2. Payment: All commissions under $50 must be paid in full upfront unless otherwise agreed upon. I accept payments via Paypal and KO-FI. If you'd like to use another method, please let me know.
2.3. Sketch Approval: I will provide an initial sketch or rough draft of the commission for your approval before proceeding to the final artwork unless stated other wise. Sketch commissions with not need approval.
2.4. Revisions: You are allowed to ask for changes during the sketch approval. Major revisions after final approval may add an additional charge. Please, don't be afraid to ask!3. Rights and Usage3.1. Copyright: I retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork, including the right to reproduce it, display it in my portfolio, and use it for promotional purposes.3.2. Usage Rights: Upon receiving the final commission, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal use only. This includes:
-Displaying on social media with proper credit.
-Printing for personal use (such as posters, merchandise, etc.).
-Commercial use, including reselling or using the artwork for profit (e.g., on merchandise, advertisements, etc.), requires an additional agreement and license.3.3. Credit: You agree to credit me, the artist, whenever you display the artwork publicly (e.g., on social media, websites, etc.). Please use the following format:
Artwork by Animeneko634. Refunds and Cancellations4.1. Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the work, I do not offer refunds once the final commission has been completed and delivered.4.2. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel the commission before work has begun, a full refund will be issued. If the work is in progress, you will receive a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.4.3. No Refund on Abandoned Projects: If communication is lost and the project is abandoned by the client after 30 days, no refund will be given.5. Timeline and Delivery5.1. Estimated Completion: The estimated time for completion is 1-2 weeks, depending on complexity and queue status.5.2. Delays: I will inform you if there are any delays due to personal circumstances or high demand.5.3. Final File Delivery: Upon completion, you will receive a high-resolution file of the artwork (JPEG, PNG, etc.), sent via Direct Message or email.5.4. Updates: If asked, I can provide updates on the progress of the artwork. Please be respectful and ask sparingly.6. Client Responsibilities6.1. Clear Communication: Provide clear, concise instructions regarding what you want in the commission. This includes references, details, and preferences for the style, colors, and overall look of the piece.6.2. Responsiveness: Please respond to requests for revisions or feedback promptly to ensure a smooth workflow. If I don't hear from you within 30 days, I may consider the project abandoned.7. Prohibited Content7.1. I will not create artwork involving:-Hate speech, bigotry, or discrimination.
-Violent, abusive, or illegal content.
-Any content that violates the rights of others (including copyrighted material).
-AI (Created with AI or purchasing for the use of AI training)7.2. I reserve the right to refuse any commission request based on the content being requested.8. Privacy and Confidentiality8.1. I will keep any personal information you provide confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent.8.2. The commission details (such as your ideas and character designs) will remain confidential unless agreed otherwise.9. Amendments to T.O.S.9.1. I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to my website or social media platforms.9.2. Any previously agreed-upon terms will be honored unless both parties agree to the changes.10.
